Weeping Willow Tree

This charming small willow tree is perfect for gardens with limited space, making an elegant focal point for a sunny patio or balcony. In spring, its tactile, furry buds open into vibrant cherry-yellow catkins, followed by lush, lime green leaves that beautifully complement the tree’s chestnut-coloured weeping stems. As autumn arrives, the leaves take on a soft buttery-yellow tone, and in winter, the frosted stems create a striking silhouette.

Thrives in large containers or in open soil that’s moist, even tolerating poor drainage. Delivered as a 2-year-old bare-root specimen (approx. height 1.5m/5ft), ideal for planting from autumn through early spring. Position in a frost-free, airy location if the soil is waterlogged or frozen to protect the roots until ready to plant.
